  • We welcome Cash, Business Checks, Mastercard & Visa (with a 3% fee), and P-Card (applies to Federal Government only)

  • Business checks must be imprinted with the customer's name, address, and phone number, and drawn on a Hawaii financial institution

◦ Temporary checks are not accepted.

◦ Checks must be written for the exact amount and issued from the customer’s account.

  • At KYD’s discretion, payments by check for new customers may be processed through a check guarantee service (Cross Check, Inc.). There is no cost to the customer.

◦ We may ask for your valid identification and telephone number if it is not imprinted on the check.

  • In the event a check is returned by the financial institution, the customer will make good the face amount of the check upon demand, plus a reasonable service charge and other expenses incurred.
